He was predeceased by: his father Emmett Hardin McKenzie. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann McKenzie; his children, Erin Fenton (Will) and James McKenzie; his grandchild Emery Fenton; and his siblings, David McKenzie (Carrie), Dean McKenzie (Laurie) and Kathy Cagle (Steve). He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration.
