He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edmund, Carmen Espinosa Sweeney of Bellerose, NY, Onofrio (Jerry) and Giovanna Russo D'Amico (Jenny) of Brooklyn, NY.. He is survived by: his parents, Richard D'Amico and Carmen D'Amico; and his siblings, Sharon D'Amico, Alexander D'Amico (Leticia D'Amico-Cortez) and Ric D'Amico (Susan).
