It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Curtis Anthony Dumesnil Jr. in Houston, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Sr. Dumesnil and Georgette George Dumesnil; and his wife LaNell Ann Dumesnil. He is survived by: his children, Curtis Dumesnil III, Bryan Dumesnil (Linda) and Andrea Register (Terry); his grandchildren, Taylor, Bryan Jr., Cameron and Lauren; his wife's daughter Chelsea Traughber (Ryan); Rhett, Jacob, Luke and Curtis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home (13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery (13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060). A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
