He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Lee Burton and Glenna Lou Branstetter Burton; and his sister Deborah Lee Burton. He is survived by: his wife Katy Brock Burton; his sons, Spencer Wood Burton and Kendall Brock Carew (Mallory Maxon Carew); and his grandchildren, Carolyn Edwards Carew and Henry Brock Carew.
