With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Wright in Houston, Texas, who passed away on March 5, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Frances Marie Wright; his brother John Lee "Skip" Wright, Jr.; and his daughter Elisheia Hatcher. He is survived by: his wife Toleda Ross; his sons, Kevin C. Hatcher (Jenn) and Shane K. Wright; his grandson Daniel C. Hatcher; his brother Ronald Wright (Karen); his sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Wright, Lola Spearman (Vernon) and Doris Gee; and his sibling's children, Jeffery Wright (Shaunell), Gregory Wright, Trey Wright, Xavier Spearman (LaResha) and Gemina Okoli (Dozie). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
