He is survived by: his significant other Jean Anderson; his siblings, Douglas Vandre (Carol), Sharon Heath and Doree Osmun; his children, David Cunningham Jr. (Karen), Michael Cunningham (Billie), Patricia Purcell (John) and Kim Mitchell; his grandchildren, Tommy Drake (Shae), Hailey Anver (Dean), Caitlin Cunningham, Holly Cunningham, Kyle Cunningham (Asha), Austin Purcell and Travis Purcell (Savannah); his great grandchildren, Zain Anver, David Wesley Campbell, Sophia Anver, Taylor Drake, Blake Campbell and Theodore Cunningham; his stepchildren, Chuck Anderson (Susan), Patrick Anderson (Bernie), Angie Helman and Heidi Anderson; and his grandchildren, Gordon Anderson, Katie Chahar (Anu) and Max Helman.
