He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Lopez and Aurora Lopez; his sister Sylvia L Torres; and his son Mitchell Ray Verastigue. He is survived by: his son David Anthony Lopez; his daughter-in-law Isabel M. Verastigue; his grandsons, Mitchell Ray Verastigue Jr. and Jordan Michael Verastigue; and his siblings, Antonio V Lopez Jr. (Sally Lopez), John Ernest Lopez (Nora Flores), Felix L Lopez (Mary), Linda L Lopez, Elida L Lopez, Gloria Ann Chavez (Mario Chavez) and Andrea Lopez-Hernandez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
