She was predeceased by: her father Ted Wade; and her grandparents, Luther L., Dixie Wade, Ronald and Ulma Powell.
She is survived by: her mother Nita Wade; and her siblings, Susan Herrington (Charles), Mark Wade (Denise) and Michael Wade. She is also survived by nieces and nephews along with extended family.
