It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donal Scott Bailey in Cedar Park, Texas, born in Gilmer, Texas, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Scott Littleton Bailey and Lela Bailey; and his siblings, Herb Bailey and Oneida Clifton. He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Haynes; his daughters, Theresa "Tess" (Don Fancher) and Georgia; his grandchildren, Andrew Fancher (Brittany), William Fancher and Tate Fancher; his great grandchild Scott (Debbie) of Cedar Park; and also, Trenton Bailey, Travis Bailey and Taylor Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
