She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Goodwin Park and Gertrude Julia Burnett; and her husband Edward Randolph Hensley. She is survived by: her children, Lane Goodwin Hensley (Rebecca Karnes Hensley) of Des Moines, Iowa and Julia Hensley Bayouth (Frank Ed Bayouth) of Houston; and her grandchildren, Ellen Julia Hensley of Portland, Ore, Robert Edward Hensley of Mount Pleasant, Wisc, Ed Frank Bayouth (Lauren Ferrell Harper) and Patrick Randolph Bayouth of Midland, Tex..
A reception was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (275 Southfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71105).
Dot's family recommends that memorials be directed to St Paul's Episcopal Church or Centenary College.
