He is survived by: his wife Delores "Dee" Holden Smith; his daughters, Rhonda Adams, Dara Richardson, Saturn Ezell and Kimberly Bergmann; his stepson Henry Smith; and his grandchildren, Christina Boman, Delores "Dee" Carey and Henry Smith, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, and other family members.
