He is survived by: his wife Wanell Hooper; his children, Brenda Hooper, Brian Hooper and Brad Hooper; his brother Ronnie Hooper (Mary); his sister-in-law Joyce Bolinger; his grandchildren, Brittany Hooper, Kyle Hooper, Meagan Hooper, Shane Hooper, Kaitlyn Hooper, Shelby Hooper, Braden Hooper and Sierra Hooper; and his great grandchildren, Elena, Xavier, Phonex Clarke, Rhea Clarke, Athena, Gabriel, Paisley, Enzo, Hannah, Cora and Parker.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Westfield (21434 E Hardy Rd, Houston, TX 77073).
