She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Payne and Gertrude Payne; her grandfather Pastor William M. Lee; her husband Phillip Green; her siblings, Edward Payne Jr., Amos Payne (Shirley), Annie Bell Payne, Margaret Nell Parker, Willie Lee Velma White (Samuel), Anita Paynes Wilson and Juanita Paynes; her sons-in-law, Harvey Janes and Steve Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Myrtle Lee Reado and Augusta Green.

She is survived by : her daughters, Phyllis Minter, Sharon Johnson (Johnny) and Winifred Cook of Houston; her sister Johnnie Keller (Fred) of Hanford; her brothers-in-law, Gus Green, Joseph Green and Murphy Green; and her close friend Mary Lowery. She is also survived by Grandchildren, (2) Great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
