She is survived by: her brother Charlie Lee Hanly; her stepchildren, Richard H. McClendon Jr. (Linda) and Mary Lou Nix; and her daughter Patricia A. Spaw (Rick). She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
