He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Claire Lyles and Ernest Bailey Lyles, III; and his nephew Sgt. Joshua Allen Ward. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lyles; his daughters, Toni Williams (Bruce), Tori Lamar (Jacob) and Teri Grodi (Michael); his grandchildren, Jake, Bailey, Audrey, Hudson, Oaklyn and Saylor; and his siblings, Allen Lyles and Patti Ward.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home (9926 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77065). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
