She was predeceased by: her daughter Janice Fears. She is survived by: her husband Kyle Booker; and her children, Miranda Fine, Denise Johnican, Michael Kid and Lyndon Fears. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
