She is survived by: her husband Cruz C. Ortiz, Sr; her children, Maryann Hanlen (Edward), Virginia Faye Ortiz, Belinda Townsend (Raymond) and Cruz Ortiz, Jr.; her siblings, Clara Hedgewood and Garland Benavidez; and her grandchildren, Denise Ann Pressler (Lewis), Armando Eric Reyes, Kimberly Dawn Harter, Kristina Dudley (Eric), Kandice Canterbury, Desiree Ortiz, Mathew Laxson (Bridget), Cruz Ortiz, III and Jessica Latham. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
