It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Elaine Bittner of Houston, Texas, born in Hearne, Texas, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adeline Lampson Restino and Frank Altimore (Thomas William Bittner); and her cousins, Yvonne Lampson Laschon and Lena "Lea" Jacobs. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas William Bittner; her sons, Thomas Bittner (Barbara Glass), Rocky Bittner, Barry Bittner and Kelly (Katherine); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Elaine, Marcos Lopez and Jordan Bittner (Hailey); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Bennett and Blakely; and her cousin Pete Lampson.
