Piper Jr. (Houston, Texas), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank W. Piper, Sr. and Lillian Scaccia Piper; his former wife Trudy Short Piper; his son Stephen Raymond Piper; his wife Merryl Tanner Piper; and his children, Kimberley Ann Hartensteiner and Frank W. Piper, III (Wanda). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
