He is survived by : his son Frederick Kelly III (Heather); his grandson Brent Kelly; his daughter Heather Ross (Gil); his granddaughter Chelsea Jijawi (Stan); and his daughter Christine Kelly-Weaver (Jason).

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pines Presbyterian Church (12751 Kimberley Ln, Houston, TX 77024).
