He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellwood Hines and Opal Hines. He is survived by: his friend Norman Lance; his wife Susan Smith; his daughter Erin; his siblings, Glynda Pawlik (Lou) and Greg Hines; his niece Kim Bland; and his great-niece Jenna. He is also survived by many cousins and other family members.
