She is survived by: her sisters, Connie Lee Washut Pabst, Deanna Sue Washut McRae, Joan Elaine Washut Lawrence and Carolyn Jean Washut Campbell; her children, Kathryn Ann, Michael Phillip and Karla Jane; her children-in-law, Jean Marie Laverty Smith and David Vance Swann, III; and her grandchildren, Ian Blaise Smith, Delaney Louise Smith, Brendan George Smith, Alise Kathleen Swann, Camille Jane Swann and Audrey Ann Swann.
