He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Daniella (Ben Steinberg) and Justine; his sister Sandra; his sibling's child Gaby Lutrin (John); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aimee and Ally; his sibling's child Jarred Collet; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin, Maya and Aliya; and his caregivers, Loretta Nagy and Adriana Belisle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Amazing Place which provided so much love and support to the family.
