He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Benton Steele, Jr. and Doris Binford; his mother-in-law Janet Moran; his wife Janet; his sons, Richard Henry Steele, Stuart Randolph Steele and Nelson Adams Steele (Kimberly Pillsbury Steele); his sister Mary Steele Gerke; and his sibling's children, Tracy Gerke and Greg Gerke.
