He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry T. Brooks and Blanche Cobb Brooks; his former spouse Billie Ford; his children, Hogan Brooks, Baylie and Kaitlyn Brooks; and his wife Barbara Joanne Lowrie.
