He is survived by: his wife Alma Woodard; his son Jacob Mayo, III (Cynthia) of Baytown; his siblings, Irma Gordon of Sweeny and Ray Mayo of Baytown, Texas; his grandchildren, Jaylin of Baytown, Texas, Jourdan of Baytown, Texas, Jabari of Baytown, Texas, Jacoby of Baytown, Texas and Jazzlynn Mayo of Baytown, Texas; his nieces, Favel Weston of Houston and Willena Lee of Pearland, Texas; and his uncle Horace Smith, Sr. of Opelousas, LA.. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
