He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James McCormick and Margaret Webber McCormick; and his brother Thomas McCormick. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his daughters, Deborah Palacios and Kimberly McCormick; his granddaughter Lisa Elder Hamet (Nate); his great grandchild Kasey James; his grandson Gabriel Palacios; his sister Mary Lou Cook; his siblings' children, Mary Jo Cook and Daniel Cook; and his siblings, Janice McCormick Guthrie (Doug) and Dennis McCormick.
