He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawrence Allen, Sr. and Lois Allen; and his siblings, Carl Allen and Rita Cranmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Dickinson and Sabra Moreno (Carlos); his brother Ray Allen; and his grandchildren, Henry Dickinson, Joel Hernandez, Destiny Moreno, Grace Moreno and Frank Moreno. He is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
