He is survived by: his wife Belinda Runnels-Frazier of Houston, TX; his daughter Candance Allen; his grandchildren, Braelyn Allen and Journee Allen of Alexandria, LA; and his siblings, Linda Gayle Lovall (Arthur) of Bunkie, LA, Rosa Nixon, Joanna Nixon of Sacramento, CA, Georgianna Kenson (Eddie) of San Antonio, TX, Robert B. Frazier (Mary) of Mesquite, TX, William Frazier (Deloris) of Alexandria, LA, Barry Frazier (Debra) of Houston, TX., Robert L. Frazier of Hopkinsville, KY and Keith Nixon (Rachel) of Santa Rosa, CA. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
