He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, Ann Mustacchia (Justin Carlin), Michelle Mustacchia and Samantha Porell; his granddaughter Cordy; his sisters, Cindy Vailes (Donald), Lisa Mustacchia (Stacey), Angie Mustacchia (Ann) and Marie Mustacchia; his in-laws, Paul Racicot Sr., Mary Racicot, Paul Racicot Jr. (Lisa) and Heather Mize (Jack); his siblings' children, Lisa Nichols (Shawn), Samantha Townsend, Madison, Rachel, Joe, Holly, Kate Racicot, Max and Sam Mize; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Gavin, Jacob, Miles and Paisley.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Drive United Methodist Church (12955 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77079).
