She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Lee Evans; and her sons, Earl Evans and Jimmy Evans Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Beulah Evans, Katie Nellums, Ruben Evans (Laverne), Ruth Strickland (Dexiel), Lula Madison and Neal Evans (Carla); her sister Edna Evans; and her aunt Eva Mayes. She is also survived by two brothers-in-law, five sisters-in-law, thirty-two grandchildren, eighty-nine great-grandchildren, seventy-one great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and a special friend.
