He is survived by : his children, Juan Guardiola, Jr., Jose Montes, Elena Guardiola, Janie Guardiola and Jessica Guardiola; his grandchildren, Victoria, Renne, Alyssa, Brenda, Olivia, Gabriela, Adryanna, Orlando III, Liliana and Liam; and his children-in-law, Orlando Gomez, Susan Guardiola, Dina Hernandez and Ana Robles.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morales Funeral Home - Central (2901 Canal St, Houston, TX 77003). A prayer was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
