He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mortimer Ruiz Villarreal and Maria (Santos Gomez); his wife Raquel Ruiz; his children, Juan Jose Ruiz, Jr., Ricardo Ruiz, Anthony Ruiz, Joanna, Jenifer, Mary and Lucinda; and his siblings, Francisca, Rose Maria, Ana Bertha, Gloria Amparo and Doroteo. He was also cherished by 17 grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Felix H. Morales Funeral Home - Central (2901 Canal St, Houston, TX 77003). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
