She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Ode and Hilda Smith. She is survived by: her children, Julie, Jody and Russell (Joanna); her daughter-in-law Pam; her grandchildren, Jenna (Brendan), Sheena, Cody, Bailey (Jackson), Brennen (Shelby), Kendall (Jackson) and Mason (Ben); her great grandchildren, Gunner, Maggie Jo, Beaux, Truett and Lillian Irene; and her brother Walter Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home (9926 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77065). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
