She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian Galbreath and Joseph M. Galbreath of Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital; and her sister Val G. Pechal. She is survived by: her husband McGovern Allergy Clinic; her nephew Mike Pechal (Trish) of LaGrange, Texas; her great-niece Michelle Pechal Cooper (Clint) of Pearland, Texas; her great-nephew Anthony Pechal (Julianne) of The Woodlands, Texas; her nephew Joseph Stanton Pechal (Melita); her great-niece Hana Pechal; her great-nephew Brian of Heath, Texas.; and her caregivers, Emelda Initorio, Marissa Baguisa, Maiah Diala, Gay Sevilla, Kim Diala and Armando Santana.
