She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Inez Gothard and Noah Webster Fox; and her husband Billie Joe Flanagan. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Gail Flanagan Lyon, Donald Joe Flanagan and Theresa Inez Flanagan-Ramirez (Teodoro Ramirez); and her grandchildren, Shelly Lyon Burns (Willie Burns), Billy James Lyon (Kendra Lyon), Timothy Ward, Brandon Scott Jones (Samantha Contreras), Courtney Jones and Dylan Jones.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Park (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in LaFrance's honor to Quality Lux Residential Living, LLC, in recognition of the love and care shown to our beloved mother.
