It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Carol (Hill) Lilly (Houston, Texas), born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hill, Sr. and Mina Hill; and her siblings, Vernon Hill, Jr., Maridell and JoAnn.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Lamar Lilly, Sr. of Nacogdoches; her sister Marjorie Pittman of Dallas; her children, Lynn Lamar Lilly, Jr. (Linda) of Houston, Candace Lilly Hughes (Paul) of Nacogdoches and David Hill Lilly (Gail) of Houston; and her grandchildren, Lynn Lamar Lilly, Julie Hargis, Jason Hughes and Joseph Hill Lilly. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Kirk, A.L. Johnston, David Chalker and the ladies in her Shady Grove Sunday School Class. ln lieu of flowers, consider donations to the Gideons, Shady Grove Cemetery Association or a charitable organization of your choosing.
