She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Hughes (Varres) and Angie Ella Vaughn Hughes; her husband Charles Mabrey Sr.; her son Charles Mabrey Jr.; and her siblings, Maurice, Melvin, Carl, Sheryl and Della Adams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Bradford, Beverly Walker and Jacqueline Blake (Billy); and her grandchildren, Ta'Mara, Tamika, Sammie, Chris, Courtney, Fonya and Deidre. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews extended family.
