She was predeceased by: her parents, Grandville Lipscomb Swift, Sr. and Mary Adelaide Murray Swift; and her siblings, Grandville "Mickey" Swift Jr., William Swift and Jacqueline Swift Taylor.

She is survived by: her brother Andrew Swift (Margaret); and her godson Jerimiah B. Wright.

She was willing to help others and donate to charities.
