He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Jaramillo and Hortencia C. Jaramillo; and his father-in-law Felipe Salazar. He is survived by: his wife Dora Hilda Jaramillo; his siblings, Manolo Jaramillo (Guadalupe), Roland Jaramillo (Amanda), Mario Jaramillo (Susanna), Monica Rodriguez (Javier) and Enrique; his mother-in-law Maria F. Salazar; and his siblings-in-law, Felipe Salazar, Carlos Salazar, Alonzo Salazar, Graciela Salazar (Jose Nava), Martha Mayorga (Benjamin Mayorga) and Yolanda Salazar (Clay Fallis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
