It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Louise Thomas Rayon (Houston, Texas), born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrell Sr. Thomas and Pearlie Mae Thomas; and her brother-in-law Phillip Rayon. She is survived by: her husband Leo Paul Rayon Sr.; her son Leo Paul Rayon II; her siblings, Edith Thomas, Terrell Thomas Jr. (Daryl), Kenneth Thomas (Nita), DiLynn Thomas Phelps (Marcus Sr.) and Van Veen Thomas (Michelle); her siblings' children, SaKinna, J. D., Dr. Jada Phelps, Jenna Thomas, Ashley Rayon, Marcus Phelps II, Christopher Thomas, Errol Thomas and Theodore "Dude" Rayon; her siblings-in-law, Theodore Rayon (Sharon), Charles Rayon and Gertrude Rayon; and her sisters, Deb Childs and Tuwona Poindexter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
