She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence M. Hermes, Sr. and Maria Bridgwater Hermes; and her brothers, Lawrence M. Hermes and Malcom A. Hermes. She is survived by: her husband Bill Sloan; her children, Susan Nutt (Freddie) and Dan Sloan (Wanda); her grandchildren, Katherine Sloan and Jack Sloan; her brother Robert Hermes (Carol); and also Cindy Sloan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
