She was predeceased by: her parents, Sulema Ortiz and Reynaldo G. Ortiz; her sister Aurora Morris; her brother-in-law Paul T. Morris; and her brother Johnny Ray Ortiz.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Reyes; her sons, Carlos Santana Reyes (Crystal) and Jay Anjel Reyes (Erika); her grandchildren, Maxwell, Oliver and Cruz; and her siblings, Joe Ray, Dora, Mary Inez, Rosalie and Cindy. She is also survived by spouses, and extended family.
