It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Scott McWilliams (Houston, Texas), born in Bay City, Texas, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Belle Garvin McWilliams and Charles Edwards McWilliams (Mac); and his stepmother Laverne Uher McWilliams. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Powell; his children, Melinda Camus (Al), Caroline, Caleb and Patrick McWilliams (Wendy); his granddaughters, Ella, Mary Frances, Katherine and Elizabeth; and his brothers, Steve McWilliams and Joe McWilliams.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to further the research to cure and treat those struck with Corticobasal Degeneration.
