She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Mullins and Lillie May Mullins; her husband William J. Taggart; and her siblings, Maxine Mullins Ross, Myra Wisnewski and Maurice Mullins.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Travis (Lorynda) and Gregg Travis; her siblings, Marie Pohto, Marilynn Cockrell (Jimmy), Marshall Mullins (Pamela) and Marvin Mullins (Gina); her granddaughter Jessyca Palacios (Rick); her great grandchildren, Emily Wilburn, Ricky Palacios, Cody Palacios and Tammie Barta; and her niece Monica Durden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
