She was predeceased by : her parents, Manson Alphonse Sr. and Millie Arthur Johnson; her husband Thomas Mack Sr.; her siblings, Arthur, Manson Jr., Andrew, Russell, Lillie Bell Johnson, Emily Baines, Mary Roberts and Millie A of Washington; her daughter Jeannetta Green; and her grandchild Etasha Scott.
She is survived by : her daughters, Shirley (William) of Washington, Marion Scott (Tommy), Marie Glodd (Morris) and Thomasine Coleman; and her stepchildren, Lola Wilcox, Thomas Mack Jr. (Lucinda) and Mildred Jackson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren, step grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
