With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Neo Franco Cantú (Houston, Texas), born in Crystal City, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Jose G. Cantu and Maria Lucia F. Cantu; and his brother Jose G. Cantu Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gracy Montemayor Cantu; his children, Neito Jr. Cantu (Kim) and Veronica V Rygh (Michael); his stepson Ernesto; his grandchildren, Michael Jr. and Liana E. Rygh; and his siblings, Carlos Cantu, Hilda Herrera (Paul), Elizabeth Rodriquez (Daniel) and Ruth A Cantu. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends and travel companions for over 20 years.
