She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Maximo, Victoria Luera, Tiburcio and Julia Elias; her children, Angel Noel, Margo, Noah and Michael Ruiz; her sister Jennifer Elias (Aaron Leija); her siblings' children, Dominick, Omari and Ava Leija; her brother Mario Elias Jr. (Veronica Elias); and her siblings' children, Mario and Siomi Elias. She was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers, and friends.
