He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Refugio Celio Garcia and Juliana Garcia Guerrero. He is survived by: his wife Suzana Turrubiartes; his parents, Carlos Celio Garcia and Camelia Montoya Martinez; his grandparents, Roberto Montoya Mendoza and Porfiria Martinez Ponce; his siblings, Carlos Celio, Christian Eli Celio, Jennifer Celio and Jaqueline Celio; and his siblings' children, Carlos Ayden Kelly Celio, Christian Celio, Conner Celio, Emily Celio and Megyn Celio. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
