She is survived by: her husband John Henry Carter; her daughter Nellie Ann Carter; her grandson Aaron L. Carter (Litha); her great grandchildren, Ariel L. Carter and Aaron L. Carter Jr.; and her godchildren, Eric K. Thomas and Marilyn K. Palmer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
